Jonathan Winter, MD
Dr. Winter, founder of the Dermatology Center of Washington Township, is a graduate of Columbia University and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He completed his internship and dermatology residency at Montefiore and Jacobi Hospitals in New York, and is Board Certified in Dermatology. Dr. Winter serves on several medical boards both locally and nationally. In his role as Associate Professor at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ-SOM), he has given lectures in dermatology to medical students at UMDNJ-SOM, Internal Medicine groups, and Pediatrics groups, and he has been interviewed for news articles on Dermatology in newspapers and magazines. He has been ranked as a “Top Doc” in Philadelphia Magazine, New Jersey Monthly Magazine, and South Jersey Magazine, and is currently listed in phillymag.com as one of the top doctors in the Philadelphia area.
Elana Segal, MD
Dr. Elana Segal has been with the Dermatology Center of Washington Township since 2005, and is practicing both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, and pursued her medical education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Segal completed her internal medicine internship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and became a board certified dermatologist after completing her dermatology residency at Drexel University College of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr.Segal received special education and training, and has particular expertise in Botox and injectable fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm. She has studied the art of facial rejuvenation, and stays current with the latest cosmetic treatments.
Dr. Marc Schlessel, MD
Dr Marc Schlessel joined the Dermatology Center in 2025. He is a board-certified Dermatologist and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
A South Jersey native, Dr. Schlessel attended the University of Michigan, where he solidified his interest in medicine while serving as a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). After college, he spent a year in Detroit at Henry Ford Hospital’s Physician Leadership Institute before returning to Ann Arbor to attend the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr Schlessel then completed his internship at the University of Illinois followed by dermatology residency at Penn State, where he was a chief resident his final year.
Dr Schlessel treats patients of all ages, and provides comprehensive care for medical and surgical dermatology including benign and malignant lesions, rashes, and acne.
Marissa Ionno
Marissa Ionno PA-C, a board certified Physician Associate, joined the Dermatology Center in 2016. Marissa was born and raised in South Jersey and graduated as a member of the Honors College at Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Minor in Psychology with Cum Laude honors. She received her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) . Prior to graduating from PCOM, Marissa had over six years of experience in the field of Dermatology. Marissa is an avid animal lover, spending her free time advocating for animal rescue. She is eager to help address and treat any of your dermatological concerns.
Amy Morris PA-C
Amy Morris PA-C, a certified Physician Associate, joined the Dermatology Center in May, 2007. She relocated here from Boston where she practiced surgery for one year at Mass General Hospital, and then Dermatology and Internal Medicine for 8 years with a prestigious multi-specialty practice. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors in Science, and received a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Sciences at George Washington University.
Angela Ackerman PA-C
Angela Ackerman PA-C, a certified Physician Associate, she joined the Dermatology Center in 2019. She graduated with honors in 2014. She previously practiced in Bensalem, PA in a Dermatology office; she has 9 years of experience in Dermatology. Angela Ackerman, PA-C, sees general dermatology patients and does excision surgeries for skin cancers and atypical moles.
Amy Krachman, DO
Dr. Amy Krachman joined the Dermatology Center of Washington Township in January 2009. She is board certified in Family Medicine, specializing in Aesthetic Medicine. She received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and for the past several years has worked exclusively as a laser surgeon. With her great skill and careful approach, Dr. Krachman has treated hundreds of satisfied patients in our office.
Tania Guzman, LE, CCMA
Tania has dual licenses and certifications as a Certified Medical Assistant and as an Aesthetician, Tania has been with The Dermatology Center of Washington Township for over 7 years as a medical assistant and has over 20 years of aesthetician experience. She has a degree in Health Science and graduated from Gordon Phillips Cosmetology School and continues her education by attending annual esthetics conferences to learn the most cutting edge and innovative skin care and treatment techniques in the aesthetic field.
She provides patients with optimal skin treatments created with your skin in mind and is also an expert in detecting skin problems, treating acne and aging skin. All treatments performed by Tania are customized to her clients’ specific skin needs.
